REAP TFWS Upward Movement Seat Allotment

TFWS Upward Movement allows students who have already been allotted a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme seat to potentially upgrade to a higher preferred choice. If seats become vacant due to non-reporting, eligible candidates can move up their choice list.

The TFWS upward movement process typically follows these steps:

• Opting for Upward Movement: Candidates apply for upward movement after reporting to their first allotted college.
• Seat Upgradation: The system evaluates higher preferences based on newly available vacant seats.
• Allotment Result: If upgraded, your previous seat is automatically canceled and given to someone else.
• Document Transfer: Your reporting documents and fees are usually transferred or need to be verified at the new institute.
• Final Reporting: Report to the newly allotted college to finalize admission.

If your seat is not upgraded during the upward movement round, your previously allotted seat remains secure and finalized.

Follow these instructions to view your TFWS upward movement result:

• Step 1: Go to the official REAP upward movement allotment portal.
• Step 2: Login with your application number and password.
• Step 3: Check the upward movement allotment section on the dashboard.
• Step 4: Review if your college or branch has been upgraded.
• Step 5: Download the new provisional allotment letter.

Important: If upgraded, you MUST report to the new college. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission entirely.

Once your upward movement result is declared:

• If Upgraded: Download the new allotment letter and report to the newly allotted college with all original documents.
• Fee Adjustments: Any difference in fees between the old and new institute must be settled.
• If Not Upgraded: Continue your studies at your initially allotted college. No further action is needed.
