RMCAAP 2026

RMCAAP 2026 (Rajasthan MCA Admission & Allotment Process) is the centralized admission process conducted by the Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Jaipur on behalf of the Department of Technical Education, Rajasthan for admission to MCA programs in participating colleges across Rajasthan. The process provides a fair and transparent selection mechanism for MCA candidates based on academic eligibility and entrance criteria. RMCAAP 2026 includes Government MCA Colleges, Government-Aided Institutions, Private MCA Colleges, and Self-Financed Management Institutions across Rajasthan, offering opportunities to candidates from Rajasthan and other states.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognized university.
• Obtain at least 50% marks in graduation (45% for reserved category candidates).
• Mathematics must have been studied in 10+2 or at the graduation level as per admission rules.
• Final year students may apply subject to passing the qualifying exam before admission.
• Valid entrance exam score or qualifying examination result may be required as per institute norms.

Candidates willing to apply for RMCAAP 2026 must follow the steps below to complete the online registration process:

• Step 1: Registration: Register online and create an account on the official RMCAAP portal.
• Step 2: Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee of ₹885 (₹750 + ₹135 GST) via online payment gateway.
• Step 3: Form Filling: Enter personal, academic, and category details accurately.
• Step 4: Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of all required documents as per prescribed format.
• Step 5: Merit Preparation: Merit list will be prepared according to priority rules and eligibility criteria.
• Step 6: Choice Filling: Select your preferred MCA colleges and specializations. Fill maximum choices to increase seat allotment chances.
• Step 7: Choice Locking: Lock your choices before the deadline.
• Step 8: Seat Allotment: Seats will be allotted based on merit and preferences.
• Step 9: Reporting: Report to the allotted institute and pay seat acceptance fee for admission confirmation.

• Registration Fee: ₹885 (₹750 Registration Fee + ₹135 GST)
• Seat Acceptance Fee: ₹10,000 (adjusted against institute fees)
